About The Event

Join yoga and meditation instructor Carl Klemme for a weekly class at Whittemore.

Each session will weave flowing sequences of yoga postures with your breath and a soft focused awareness. In every practice you will learn new approaches to support balance, posture and enhanced autoimmune function as well as easy and effective techniques to calm and focus the mind.

Weather permitting we will be outside on the beautiful grounds here at WhittemoreCCC or in a lovely practice space inside the cozy Whittemore home.
