Mindfulness Guided Walk - Carl Klemme - Walking Meditation

“Meditation walks at Whittemore leverage the natural beauty of this amazing property in support of mindfulness practices. Meditating in nature promotes a deep peace and connectedness that would be difficult to achieve otherwise. Each week we will explore a different part of the nature preserve and practice a new mindfulness technique. These walks will be suitable for newcomers to meditation and seasoned practitioners as well. “

This walk will be held Rain or Shine, should it rain, we will be indoors - so please bring a yoga mat or blanket or towel.
